Recruitment advisers, HR consultants, business coaches, content creators, software reviewers and existing CVViZ customers can apply. The best fit is someone with relationships or an audience among recruitment agencies and in-house hiring teams. Applications are reviewed for relevance.

No. You can participate by introducing a business you know, or by sharing your unique referral link through relevant content. A useful introduction matters more than audience size.

For each accepted new customer, you earn 30% of eligible subscription revenue for months 1–6 and 20% for months 7–12. The 12-month period begins with that customer’s first paid subscription. Commission ends after month 12 and is earned only on payments actually collected while the subscription remains active. There is no commission after the first year.

Paid CVViZ Starter, Standard and Pro subscriptions qualify, including additional seats and plan upgrades within the original 12-month period. Commission is calculated after discounts, credits and refunds, excluding taxes, usage-based top-ups and one-time services. A plan change does not restart the 12-month period.

Commission is based on the eligible annual subscription payment actually collected. An annual payment covering the customer’s first 12 months uses the equivalent blended rate: 30% for the first six months and 20% for the following six months, or 25% of eligible first-year subscription revenue. No second-year renewal commission is earned. Discounts and refunds reduce the qualifying amount.

Your unique referral link has a 90-day tracking window. The prospect must be identified through that link within the window for link attribution to apply. Cookies, devices and the route into a sales conversation can affect tracking, so please register a personal introduction with our team when a prospect will evaluate CVViZ through a demo or direct sales conversation.

Yes. Email he***@***iz.com with your partner email, the business name, website and recruiting needs before making the introduction. We aim to confirm eligibility within two business days. Accepted introductions are protected for 180 days to become paying customers; contact us before expiry if an evaluation is still active. An accepted registered introduction takes priority over a later affiliate click.

Existing paying customers, self-referrals and businesses already in an active CVViZ sales opportunity are not eligible as new referrals. We confirm conflicts before accepting a registered introduction. For duplicate claims, the first accepted registration takes priority; otherwise, attribution follows the recorded qualifying referral link. If you are unsure, ask before promoting or introducing the business.

Eligible commissions are paid on the 15th of each month once the underlying customer payment has cleared a 30-day refund hold. The monthly payout threshold is $25; smaller eligible balances are settled quarterly. Your supported payout method and any required payment details are confirmed during onboarding. Refunds and chargebacks reverse the corresponding commission.

CVViZ handles the product demonstration, sales follow-up, customer onboarding and ongoing product support. Partners receive a referral link and promotional resources. You can also request help choosing a relevant customer story or explaining the product to your audience.

Yes. Consultants can introduce independent client businesses that meet the new-referral criteria. Existing CVViZ customers can also join and may request company account credit instead of a cash payout. Referring your own business or an account you own or work for does not qualify. The same first-year reward applies and cannot be combined with another referral reward for the same customer.

No. The calculator is illustrative and uses current monthly list prices. Actual commissions depend on eligible subscriptions, collected payments, discounts, refunds, seat changes and customer retention. There is no payment for clicks, free trials, demos or recruiting another affiliate. Previously agreed partner terms are handled separately; ask the team if you already have an agreement.
