Starter includes 2 active job postings, Standard includes 50 and Pro includes unlimited active job postings. These are included allowances. Starter and Standard customers can purchase additional active-job capacity without changing plans. Pro already includes unlimited active jobs.
Starter includes storage for 5,000 candidates. Standard includes 30,000 candidates, plus 5,000 for every additional user. Pro includes 75,000 candidates, plus 7,000 for every additional user. Additional candidate storage can be purchased on every plan.
Yes. Each user receives 200 advanced parsing credits and 200 AI screening credits per month on Starter, 600 of each on Standard, or 1,100 of each on Pro. When advanced parsing credits run out, CVViZ automatically switches to basic parsing with no credit limit. AI screening has a separate credit allowance. Additional advanced parsing and screening credits are available to purchase on every plan.
Describe the candidates you need in natural language. Starter includes search across the 800M candidate database and web sourcing from supported platforms such as GitHub. Contact details require separately purchased credits. Internal AI candidate discovery is available on Standard and Pro.
AI sourcing includes external candidate database search, web sourcing and internal candidate discovery. External search and web sourcing are available on every plan. Internal AI discovery finds relevant candidates already in your CVViZ database and is included in Standard and Pro. Starter retains resume full-text search.
The plans include access to supported job-distribution connections. Premium advertising spend and charges imposed by job boards are separate. Free or organic availability depends on each channel’s policies, employer and job eligibility, location and account status.
Standard and Pro include Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 email integration, calendar integration and email tracking. Email templates and bulk emailing are available in every plan.
Automated interview scheduling is included in Pro. Video interviews are included in Standard and Pro.
API access is included only in Pro, even with one user. Daily API call limits apply. Pro customers can purchase additional API call allowance. API top-ups do not unlock access on Starter or Standard.
