Recruitment Process Before Onboarding CVViZ
Mainstage Hub primarily used LinkedIn for their lateral hiring.
For hiring fresh graduates they would opt for campus recruitment.
They would largely use spreadsheets and emails to track their hiring process. Later on, they switched to an HRMS. They were using the recruitment module that came with the HRMS.
